The company is engaged in the provision of water services and electrical works in Spain. It has its registered head office located in El Ejido, Spain. The company was incorporated in 1995 as a joint venture between the municipality of El Ejido and Agua y Gestión de Servicios Ambientales S.A. The company's responsibility includes: supply and distribution of drinking water; collection of wastewater and sewage transportation; maintenance of public lighting; conservation of parks, gardens and other municipal properties; maintenance of roads, sidewalks and signage; and the conservation and maintenance of municipal buildings.
